Can I get a ticket refund?

Unfortunately, you cannot as ticket sales are automated accounting for seats and other logistics. A refund to you requires us to manually operate the systems and this can get messy quickly.

Our recommendation

Find someone who wants to attend the event in your place and request a name swap through our support team. Kindly use the chat box below for that.

The team will require the following information for your swap to be done

1. Your full name as it shows on your ticket
2. Purchase ID number
3. Full name of the new ticket user (and any other special detail your event necessitates).
