Why do ask for audio testimonials?

Well, written testimonials are interesting & convincing but sometimes the person who is at the backend can edit & tamper with its originality. Hence, people don’t fully believe in written testimonials, at the same time we don’t want to use Video testimonials because it can be hard on the testifier due to technical challenges.

If we do insist on taking video testimonials, we would reduce the number of people who can give honest reviews drastically and we don’t want that to happen as we know lots of people are getting blessed across the channels. We also do not want the written testimonials alone, because we want people to be able to verify the testimonials.

This is where audio testimonials come in – you can hear the human speaking and distinguish their voice from the next person you listen to, it’s anonymous enough for the testifier and doesn’t leave them feeling too vulnerable or overly conscious which allows them to get into the detail thereby sharing the credibility of our work and those of us on the back end have lesser control on it than we do textual testimonials.
