Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for every person who has been doing the same thing for a long time because you told them to. People who have set up set of decisions and made up their mind that this thing the Lord said, I’m going to be doing it for the next 25 years, the next 30 years. God I pray for strength because after a while it becomes mundane and it becomes boring.
So I pray for you as you go on your long-term plan. As you do the things the Lord has committed into your hands, you will not be weary. You will not faint.
You will not quit where the Lord has not asked you to quit. You will not put a full stop where the Lord is putting a comma. You will not put a full stop where the Lord is putting a question mark.
In the places where you have new questions, may you have the humility to ask the Lord. May you have the humility to call on to God and he will answer you and show you things you never even knew. I pray that you will listen for the protocols of the Spirit.
That even as you do this same thing consistently, may you be swift in the Spirit enough to know when there needs to be a shift, when there needs to be a pivot, when there needs to be a scaling up or a scaling down, when there needs to be an addition of men, when there needs to be new delegation. That you won’t just do the same thing the same way every day and hate it but that the more you do your love and your passion for this thing will get stronger and it will get better. In the name of Jesus we pray.
Amen.
